| Restorative
Yoga is quite different from other forms of yoga. It doesn't
require extreme flexibility or athletic ability. Restorative Yoga is a
relaxation method that teaches you to relax through a series of gentle
movements and stretches that are coordinated with Breath
Work. These gentle experiences allow the mind and body to recover
from the stress and strain that comes into our lives every day.
Restorative Yoga can be complimentary to many programs designed to reduce stress and increase your ability to relax.
